Do you accept returns?

We hope you will be happy with your items and have no need to return them to us! However, if you find that an item does not work for you, please message us that you intend to send it back, and let us know if it will arrive by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will issue a refund for the item's cost upon receipt of items in new or saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping label cost.

My dear friend loved this little owl ... Owls are special creatures she and I an another friend love, it was a perfect gift to remind her how much I love her.
