No tools or permanent hardware are needed. The bracket is designed to fit railings or tabletops up to 3 1/4 in thick. They are sturdy and durable, to last for years, and perfect for holiday lighting, special events, and gatherings any time of the year! (Dose NOT come with string lights. May not be suitable for all railing types.)

Do you accept returns?

We hope you will be happy with your items and have no need to return them to us! However, if you find that an item does not work for you, please message us that you intend to send it back, and let us know if it will arrive by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will issue a refund for the item's cost upon receipt of items in new or saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping label cost.

These poles were easy to install and were perfect for hanging lights out on my deck without having to do any drilling. I do think they're a bit overpriced, and the seller wasn't the friendliest when I had a question. But I'm overall happy with this purchase.

Substantial and well-made supports. I placed them on the two corners of our deck and hung lights to make a rectangle. The supports lean a little with the weight and tension of the string lights, but that may be unavoidable.

Product was exactly as described and we ae very happy!
