18" Devon Hares Embossed Birdbath with Over-Rail Bracket

This circle of three hares, each sharing an ear, is a familiar ancient motif with varied meanings across Eastern and Western cultures. Adorning many medieval-era churches across England, In Devon, they are known as the "Tinner's Rabbits," and the circle was adopted as their trade's emblem. Our version features a design done in embossed Brass, with the birdbath bowl threading onto a wrought iron Over-Railing Bracket.
The bracket is ideal for porch, balcony, or deck rails; the wrought iron bracket has a C-type clamp that holds the bracket without drilling or permanent mounting. It fits railings up to 6" wide and is designed to fit around a curve-topped handrail. Four 4.7mm holes are provided for permanent mounting if desired.
Fill the birdbath bowl with about 2 inches of water, as pictured. The wide rim lets birds perch while drinking and bathing. The embossed birdbath will provide water in your backyard habitat year-round. This birdbath makes a beautiful accent piece for a perennial planting or a garden focal point, standing about 30" high.

-Measures 18" diameter x 3"D and has a threaded base that attaches to the stand
-Made of solid brass with an antique finish
-Brass will never rust but may develop a natural patina over time

-Wrought iron C-Clamp Bracket is powder-coated in a black finish
-Nickel-Plated Steel pin
