Do you accept returns?
We hope you will be happy with your items and have no need to return them to us! However, if you find that an item does not work for you, please message us that you intend to send it back, and let us know if it will arrive by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will issue a refund for the item's cost upon receipt of items in new or saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping label cost.

The review here is a testament to ForgeandFlower and not the product. We ordered a planter and weren't entirely thrilled with the size/weight/color and requested a return. Being that F&F's return policy is that we would be personally responsible for the return shipping, we chalked it up as the cost of trying to support a small business. Well, the kind folks at ForgeandFlower refunded the full amount including return shipping and thus giving us MORE reasons to sing their praises. They are now in our preferred Etsy sellers and I'll shop and buy from them before I start to look elsewhere. It's nice to see people doing the right thing, and I hope others follow suit and take a look at their offerings. Great transaction. Thank you F&F!!!
