Do you accept returns?

We hope you will be happy with your items and have no need to return them to us! However, if you find that an item does not work for you, please message us that you intend to send it back, and let us know if it will arrive by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will issue a refund for the item's cost upon receipt of items in new or saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping label cost.

Great product! Would definitely buy again

I can’t wait to use my fireplace!!!

This long match holder is perfect for the fireplace. It can be wall mounted —but since e matches cover the mounting holes—I hit some match strike stickers on Amazon and am sitting it on the hearth. Love it.

We purchased this as a Christmas gift for a friend with a wood stove in his home. He absolutely loved it!

Item looks nice, but there is not enough of a rim, the matches fall out.
